 This Vacation is transferrable as long as the transferee meets all of the requirements listed in these terms and conditions. Individuals who have used this vacation package within the last 12 months are ineligable for this offer. Reservations may be made for immediate travel based on availability: however, it is suggested to they are made at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. A $15 per night reservation Gaurantee will be required to secure your reservation. This money will be used to cover your taxes and fees associated with hotel stay. If you have made reservations and need to reschedule for any reason, a $25 change fee will apply. Reservations cannot be changed within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival. No Purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in packages official Details of Participation.  The B.E.R. Group shall not be liable for any loss arising from, or in conjunction with this vacation package. The B.E.R. Group denies and disclaims any and all liablity for damages, losses or expenses which may arise or be in consequence or the advertiser failing for any reason whatsoever to fulfill its obligations, representations, and warranties express, implied or otherwise imposed by law. Card owner must authorize payment of $139 to The B.E.R. Group in order to purchase this package. All sales are final. In order to recieve these offers you must: present original signed vacation package card upon check-in, you or your spouse must be at least 23 years of age, you must present a photo ID at check-in, as well as a major credit card that will be used for incidentals, this package include accomodations at a preferred partner hotel, accomodating 2 adults and 2 children, all transportation, incidentals, and taxes are your responsibility, this offer is not valid for group travel, you agree to attend a VIP Orientation and Tour that will last approximately 60-90 minutes describing all of the amenities available to you on your vacation, If married both spouses must attend tour. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything during your vacation.
